At Cosmic Echo Ink, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a full refund as store credit in the form of a coupon, or the option to exchange your purchased online course for a different course, product, or consulting service of equal or lesser value, when applicable. This policy applies within 30 days of receiving your order or online delivery.
Please note, however, that this policy does not extend to print-on-demand merchandise, as custom artwork is printed directly on these items. Unfortunately, our fulfillment partners do not offer a return or exchange policy for these products.

Please note the following exceptions to our refund and exchange policy:
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND
- To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To be eligible, if you’re not completely satisfied with the purchased course, ebooks, hardcover books, or print-on-demand merchandise.
- To be eligible, the online course must be faulty or damaged due to our error.
- We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
- If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.
ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Any print-on-demand-mercherdise item that is not in its original condition and is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any online course that is purchased more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- Any ebooks that are purchased more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- Any hardcover books that are purchased more than 30 days after the delivery date.
If you believe you received an incorrect online course link, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your email.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are only in-store credit with a coupon code.
- Refunds are processed within (15) business days.
- You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
Cosmic Echo Ink reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of online course products
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
